"Frederick Leupold was born in Ravensburg, Wuerttenburg, Germany on September 12, 1875 and died August 15, 1944. Mr. Leupold served an apprenticeship at a large industrial plant in Augsburg, Germany before coming to this country (U.S.) at the age of sixteen. He worked for various concerns in the east including the Kidder Press Company, Holzer-Cabot Electric Company and C. L. Berger & Sons."
